Learning edition 7.3.1. Installation of database failed

Hi,

I installed the Blue Prism Learning Edition and I wanted to install database - so next step. But during the process I got the error message, that installation failed because of - Failed to find the automateconfig named pipe 'automateconfig-server-10748'

How could I fix the issue? Together with our IT department, we have tried several times, even a restart, but still the same error. 

Can someone help? I need the software for education 🙂

Do you have an sql server set up to use with a database being created through blueprism? or are you using sql express?

Hi, thank you for your reply. We solved the issue. We had uninstall version 7.2.2 and than re-install 7.3.1. The main issue in our company is, that the installation and overall working with this software version is possible only as administrator.
