There is a Blue Prism object that deals with MAPIEx. One of the actions you will see is ""Get Mail"" which will allow you to extract the message body into a data item as an output.
You should work with your mentor or Lead Developer on how to set this all up, as you will need to be quite specific in terms of Outlook profiles being used, email folders to read from etc (the inputs to the object action).
