Access to the Blue Prism Portal is free, so you should be able to access the BPU connect. Additionally, you can download either a trial or a "Learning Edition" version of the Blue Prism software at either of the links below:

Learning Edition
https://portal.blueprism.com/products/learning

FWIW - There are some small differences in the license of each as to what you can do with them. To just explore Blue Prism and learn the basics the Learning Edition is probably the better approach.
