You can always use RSACryptoServiceProvider in code stage.

Check out the latest version of the Utility - Encryption VBO​ available on the DX. It supports AES, Rijindael, and TDES. RSA is not currently supported in the VBO, but as @AndreyKudinov pointed out you can add it via a code stage and using the .NET RSACryptoServiceProvider class.

I can add support for RSA to our development backlog.
