We are currently using a Blue Prism v6.10 environment, and are in the design phase for an automation proposal. Our current focus is around workload management across multiple process/queues. We have 3 robots in a resource group, and 3 active queues (Q1, Q2, Q3) linked with 3 different processes and the same resource group.
Consider the following scenario, if the first batch of work items is added in Q1, Q2 and Q3 at 8 AM, 9 AM and 10 am respectively, we would like all the robots to consume queue items from Q1 between 8 and 9. And once queue items are available in Q2 and Q3, the right number of robots should be assigned to the queue based on the volume and SLA. We have tried setting the resource target field for each queue, but here a user would be required to manually change the resource target value for each active queue in order to handle the change in volume and to make sure the SLA isn’t breached. Is there any way we can dynamically change the Resource target value for each active queue based on the volume?
