Welcome
I am in the training phase and during the application I noticed a difference in the device not connecting as shown in the picture. Is there a way to make it connected?

Hey, @MahmoudShahat 
Which version are you using?

Verify the LocalDB

Open the Command Prompt and run:
sqllocaldb info
Check if BluePrismLocalDB is listed and active.
If it’s not active, start it with:
sqllocaldb start "BluePrismLocalDB"


Test the Connection in Blue Prism

On the Blue Prism login screen, click Configure.
Make sure the Server is set to:
(LocalDB)\BluePrismLocalDB
Click Test Connection. If it fails, check permissions or services.


Restart the Blue Prism Service

Open services.msc, locate the Blue Prism Server service, and click Start or Restart.


Start the Resource PC (Listener)

In the Command Prompt, run:
Automate.exe /resourcepc /public
This starts the Resource PC for local communication.
