파일 이름 변경 VBO

디렉토리 내의 파일 이름을 변경하려고 하다 보니 기존의 VBO에 없어서 새로 만들려고 하였습니다.
그러다가 블루프리즘 디지털익스체인지에서 필요한 기능을 보유한 VBO를 찾았습니다.
