Access outllook 2016 on citrix

Hello, I have an outlook for my personal emails on my local machine but I have an requirement saying that I have to access the outlook emails from citrix login. If anyone could able to help me how to resolve this issue that would be great.  Requirement: Login into citrix and then click on Outlook Icon installed on citrix and access the email(this outlook is shared with HR department). Note: I am able to login into outlook on citrix but not able to read any emails from this account rather I see that bot is pulling the emails from my personal emails.

If the target Outlook is presented via Citrix it means it is not installed on the local machine, and BP has no way to talk to it programatically. It sounds like Surface Automation would be the only option, but that is a difficult technique to master. I would investigate any non-Citrix ways to access email before trying Surface Automation.
