ActiveX error with Excel

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help with an issue we're having with Excel.
Running Blue Prism v6.6 and Excel 2016 (Office 365).

Getting ActiveX errors when opening excel.
Same issue occurred in v6.4.2 and an older version of Office.
Now running v6.6 and office365 and get the same thing.
Occurs randomly.
Logout/login fixes problem until it happens again.
Can occur on any of our bots.
Exception Detail: Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Cannot create ActiveX component.
What causes the issue?  How do we resolve?  

 Have enabled everything we can in Excel settings and exhausted google searches.
DCOM has had permissions allowed for Excel.

Some other details:

  1. How frequently are you getting this issue? 
    1. 10-20x per month
    2. Happens randomly, on any random bot.

 What are the measures you have taken so far?

    1. Removed all possible security settings within Excel.
    2. Have modified the DCOM object and allowed extra privileges in Component Services

Reinstalling office was an option but the issue occurs on no specific bot so I don't think the install is the problem.
