We are encountering issues with some clients who are facing font problems in HTMLCV, resulting in incorrect content display. Some of the reasons include HTMLCV not having the corresponding font installed on the server, bugs in the Snowbound conversion engine, or the font not being supported by HTMLCV. I would suggest adding a new feature where a single click in HTMLCV can use the native viewer to open the source in a new window, allowing users to open the source file with just 1 click. This would help avoid additional efforts in bug fixing on Snowbound and installing corresponding fonts in HTMLCV. It would simplify support from a production standpoint and enhance user experience.
