Hi everybody,
We've been using BP NextGen for a few weeks now. (Migrating from BP 7.2)
I was wondering if there are people here in the Community using BP Next Gen production wise and what their experience is so far. Maybe share some ideas.
For example we're struggling with functions in the Credentials object not beeing available (like List and Mark as Invalid)
And in general the UX of the webbased part of NG.

Welcome @avpvdber!
Let's see if we can connect you - I know that @shenryifds, @sumire, @patryk.sadowski, @Tejaskumar_Darji, @_Amlansahoo are all using / have experience with Next Gen. I'll also drop a tag for product manager @chris.strong in case he can make any further connections!

I believe there are a couple of important features still on the roadmap for future versions at the moment

hello @avpvdber - You are right. Feature for list and set is not there .
i checked the release note for May 2025 version [2025.9] as well. This capability is not added. Lets hear it from BP product team person tagged by Michael.

Yes, let's wait for that indeed @Neel1 . But has no one else had to face with this issue?
I was curious if perhaps other people encounterd this and which workaround they use.
In our situation I have exported all the Credentials to a CSV file and copied them in a single Environment variable.
From the Credential object, I am calling the Environment variable and writing it to a collection. And then filter the appropriate credential. That sort of mirrors the List action but it's not ideal.
The same with some other (important) features.

Hello,
I haven't been able to try the real Next Gen yet and am studying at Blue Prism University.
I have applied to use the verification environment, so I hope that I will be able to use it soon.

Hello @avpvdber ,
Actions other than "Generate and Set" and "Get" were removed from Credentials VBO, but it was stated that they were "planned to be available in a future version."
And, in the product roadmap session delivered the other day, it was stated that "We introduce new functionality and improvements every 2 weeks as part of our release cycle".
