I am installing BP Application server 6.10.2.
The SQL Server database has already been configured and I am able to connect to it via the Configure screen.
After logging in with native BP authentication (admin/admin), I am presented with a screen where everything is greyed out. I am unable to apply the enterprise license to this install or configure users.
Please advise.

Hi Pankaj - that does look weird. Maybe try installing the license via the command line, eg
"C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate\AutomateC.exe" /license "C:\location\of\your\licence.lic" /user admin yourpassword

Thanks, John for the reply.
I have got the database dropped and recreated using the CreateScript.sql file and I am going to re-install BP Server again.
This time if I still get the greyed-out screen, I will execute the CLI to install the license as you suggested.
I will keep you posted.
Thanks
