BOT getting stuck in PROD

Hi, I have a process in PROD which has been running smoothly for quite sometime now with no issues. But now a days the process gets hung while exection & does nothing. Once we login to the VDI the process resumes, which is kind of weird as I have never really seen such a scenario. Please suggest if something can be done about this. Thanks, Sai Kiran

By 'login to the VDI' do you mean that you simply go and view the VDI??  It sounds like something is not correct in your infastructure design if you viewing a VDI somehow impacts or changes how the solution works.  The VDIs should be Persistent and Consistent and the remote access tool you use should be a viewer type of tool only rather than something like RDP.

Thanks for the response. Yes, as of now we RDP into the VDI & then BOT gets back to normal execution. Are you suggesting that it could potentially be a infrastructure design issue causing the BOT to get stuck ?
