BP 6.10 Chrome Extension issues

We are experiencing several issues with this known issue.
Extension can't be found by automation, wven though extension is present.
- Chrome is installed in Program Files (x86) folder
- Extension is correctly installed, it is the right version.
- Port fix is checked in BP settings

This is for BP 6.10 also we have tested a few machines with 6.10.1 with the same result.


Anyone with a solution to this specific issue in any of those BP versions?

Hi Fabian,

Have you tried rebooting the machine in trouble as soon as you observed problem? Does it help?

If not, are you able to see problem with a very simple new VBO created for testing immediately after a fresh reboot :  Launch Chrome,  Spy on any item, and check if spied item exists.... using UIA mode and try both  with or without fixed Chrome port in use....
