BP Capture Error

Hi,

I installed Capture tool and I trien to open it.
Unfortunately an error occurred. I tried to restart Capture\all machine\ clean Temp folders and install again - It didn't help.
(error screen in the attachment)
Please advise.

Hello @MartynaNagla - please can you try the below approach and confirm and check if antivirus is OFF as well.

There is no antivirus on my VM - only classic Windows Defender. I solved this issue - incorrect version of Windows. I have Windows Server 2012 where recommendation is 2019 or even the higher.
