Hi there,
I am looking to create an automated and comprehensive dashboard to suit business needs.
Will be doing this via an ODBC connection to the SQL server (will probably create a reporting db on the same server instance).
I need to understand the Database schema so that I am able to write the appropriate queries.
I am unable to find the schema in the documentation.
Can somebody please share?
Thanks!
AJ

AJ I would suggest you reach out to your BP contact to define your requirements. The DB is the heart of the infrastructure and by accessing it directly there is a risk of affecting the whole system.

Thanks for your reply John.
I don't intend to hit the database directly, I intend on setting up an SSIS package to push the logs (wherever they reside) to a separate DB and have the reporting mechanism read from this exclusive DB.
My business stakeholders don't find that the 'reporting' from control room is sufficient to meet their needs.

Hi AJ - OK that sounds like a sensible plan, and if the package runs during downtime then it won't affect the running robots. I'd still recommend you reach out to your BP contact (Delivery Enablement Manager or Account Manager) to help you get the data you need. There are lots of tables in the DB but my guess is you'll only need to read from a couple.
