BP integration with chatbot or IM

Wondering if anyone has integrated BP with a chatbot, IM or virtual agent.  If so, would love to hear how and any challenges.  Thanks!

We have a MS Skype based robot. It's built as simple app using powershell and Microsoft.Lync.Model.dll' We're using it to pass some security tokens from users. We had not had a lot of challenges with it.
