Batches Stopped for Verification

I have data verification skip setting enabled but occasionally batches still need manual verification. When I open the batches there are no errors or warnings, every document has a green check. Is there reason a batch would be stopped for verification even if there are no errors/warnings/red text shown?

So it looks like it may actually be triggered by Decipher showing red text for an invoice date field. It's accurately pulling the date but the red text seems to stop the invoice for manual verification.

Hi Ben,

The red text is indicating low confidence for the particular field. There are few ways to help resolve this:

- Add some validation either as Format Expression, Validation Lists or Formulas. Depending on the scenario
- Continue processing further documents, and Decipher will become more confident
- Train a Capture Model

For a date, I personally have found Format Expression to be a good way of validating a date.
