Hi @ewilson
We are trying to have a cloud setup of App server + RDS on AWS and Clients on the on-prem.
We see quite a few threads in the community which state the limitation of Blue Prism to support the NAT IPs using the ".Net Remoting Secure" connection.
Would like to know if you are aware of any breakthrough / alternative found on this matter till now?
Request your expert advice, suggestions on the setup we are trying to explore to make this POC successful.
Looking forward to your response at the earliest.
Thanks.

Hello @sameer ohol,
My understanding is that WCF is generally the recommended approach for connectivity. However, I'd recommend opening a ticket with Support to get their feedback. Recommendations will be based on your Blue Prism version too since newer versions offer an additional connection protocol in the form of gRPC.
