Blue Prism Authentication Server Login -Unexpected browser error

Hi Team,

Blue prism HUB 5.1.1 is installed in staging Environment and All set up done.

In Some Staging VMs able to Login to Blue prism with Sign in with Authentication Server and Entering BP Hub Credentials.

But in some VMs getting below error after clicking the "Sign in With Blue prism Authentication Server".

"Unexpected browser error. You will now be returned to the sign-in screen."

How to over come this error, Please suggest if any troubleshooting steps needed.

Try restarting IISC service, yet times restarting that service would fix the issue.
You could find it in server where interactive client is connecting to.

I'd recommend to work through the suggestions in the KB article to see if they help -- if not and you still need assistance, please open a ticket with us in Support describing what's been tried and the results.
