Blue Prism Login Agent (5.0.24 and 6.5) and Win10 Screensaver

​We are having an issue with the screensaver kicking in even though we have a GPO to suppress. The login process and screensaver exemption policy works in Win7 but in WIN10 (separate policies for each OS version). When we log into Win10 VM via RDP screensaver does not kick in. Anyone having a similar issue? I know login agent is supposed to be standard interactive login but need to verify for technical support teams.

Hello, the additional GPO setting in Windows 10 that should be enabled is "Prevent enabling lock screen slide show"


It can be found under, Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Personalization

Hi Rob, we are migrating our VM's to win10 and we are encountering the same issue. Have you been able to find the fix and if so, would you please share any suggestions?

We found out it was how our GPO was being applied.  Had to modify from Win7 to Win10.
