Blue Prism application not responding

Blue Prism application is hanging for more than 30 minutes when trying to view properties of certain stages like Action , Start, End , Page , Process etc.

Is it for all, or only for some.
if there is latency between the client which you are using and the app server/DB, this happens.
try running a trace route and ping from the command line to check the latency and hops, if that is the problem, you will have to access it through a VM in the same DC, basically with less latency

I am having a similar issue when opening the properties for: Start, End, Code, Process, Page, or Action stages, as well as the Business Object properties.
The delay is only about 30-60 seconds and is the same whether the connection is with a local database or with a database on the app server.
