Blue Prism gets stuck when Saving Web Page to PDF

Dear All,

We have a bot which gets stuck when saving a web page to PDF using chrome. There seems to be no looping, and the bot only continues working if the Chrome 'save as' window is dragged manually by mouse... after which it continues as if nothing happened... even if it would have spent hours stuck in this state.

The Bot does this operation for a large number of times during its process and this issue was observed to be intermittent.

What could cause such an issue, and how can it be resolved please?

If the application isn't hung, and works after dragging the window, I would suspect that somehow focus on the Save As window has been lost.

Would it be possible to try and forcibly bring the window to the foreground, using Navigate - Activate Application on a Win32 spied element over the entire "Save as" window, and see if that helps resolve this issue?

Try attaching and activating the popup from a different object. and it should be fine post that.

@Vivek Goel I am able to view only current page "1 Page" when trying to download from the Chrome Browser(Using Ctrl+P). Can you please suggest how this settings can be changed to download the complete page.​
