When running, it throws "Cannot create ActiveX component" thus not able to read the emails from the mailbox or subfolders.
I am using outlook 2016.

Good afternoon
Please try re-installing Microsoft Office, Most of the time I see this resolved the issue.
Have a good day.

Hi Nikhil,
It is not likely an issue with "support of Outlook 2016". Blue Prism Outlook VBO should work with all versions of Outlook from 2010 onwards.
Have you had a look at the suggestions from the following link? It may help you go forward.

The way I got around this in our Virtual machine was to update the code stage with outlook.application.16 when creating the object. This can happen when a new outlook is installed and an old version is removed without a clean install of the suite.
