Blue Prism stops when using MAPIEx VBO

Hello!
So, i'm using MAPIEx VBO. I have a simple process with two stages: "Sent mail" and "Get mail".
Sometimes Blue Prism stops on first or second step. Then it not responding for about ten minutes and then closed.
When checking mail in Outlook i can see that my message both in "sent items" and "inbox" folders.
In Windows Event Viewer we have following:

Have you looked at the Mapiex problem solving articles in the knowledgebase? There is advice there about making sure you have 32bit Outlook installed, turning on email account cache etc..

did you manage to resolve this issue?
We 're experiencing the same problem with the EMSMDB32.DLL using Outlook 2016 version.
I did an extensive research but nothing. Also, the Blue Prism support actions are not sufficient. They just redirect you to a MSDN link where there is no actual solution to the problem.
