Blue Prism won't start after install

This is the 3rd time I installed BP on my lap tops. But I hit the issue this time - BP starts display the blue logo page for 2 to 3 seconds and then disappear, without showing the log-in panel.

Install conditions:
- BluePrism6.7_x64 installer (or BluePrism6.9_x64, same symptom)
- SQL Server Express 2014
- .NET 4.8

Any advice in how to fix it will be highly appreciated.

Do you have admin rights on your laptop?

Yes, I'm the Admin of my laptop. I also tried run BP with Sys. Admin role. Same result.

Regarding the Windows log you mentioned, is there a log on Windows 10? To my knowledge event log only exists with Windows Server.

Just found that it's a false alarm - the HP Sure Sense program on my new laptop has treated Automate.exe as a threat and quarantined it. That was what happened!

You are right Michael, Some time antivirus program quarantined the Automate.exe so you have to do add same in whitelist.
