Bot Going Offline in control room

Bot is going offline. Login Agent is configured fine, and the bot works perfectly fine most of the time. But few of the bots go to offline state often. Login agent config and startup.bat file, configured fine (using 8181 port). The pattern we see are as below

1. Few bots (VDI's/machine undergo weekly maintenance/restart) after which it never comes up. Only after a manual login or rebooting again helps/comes to Idle
2. Few bots while executing process gets hanged (moves to warning), particular while handling outlook azure pop up,and moves to offline. When logged into bot we see BP resource PC in non responding state

How to solve this? Is there way to auto start/reboot when its offline and bring it back to Idle?

Note: Network, ping, telnet result both from bot/app server looks fine.

Thanks Antony.

1. The option in setting under System--> Setting in BP as (Start a personal run time resource on this machine when users sign in to blue prism) -- This is unchecked
2. C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate\Automate.exe /resourcepc /public -- This is kept in Startup folder (not scheduled)
3. We use default port 8181 in Login Agent config file

So does it mean that I have to schedule the startup.bat say every 15mins so that even if it stops, it starts by itself?
Should I also change the port in Login Agent Config file to 8182 instead of 8181

Hi All,

Bot offline is still an issue for us. We are not sure of root cause. Few days all work fine and few days bots go offline .
Observation made:

1. BP and LA configuration looks fine
2.  On start for day, (very inconsistent, bot seems offline with no constant reason)
3. Sometimes after restart/login/logout - goes to offline state
4. Sometimes business process moves to warning, which in turn causes BP ResoucePC to non responding state.

Note: We have placed the startup.bat in Startup folder

Any suggestions. Any one facing the issues and solved it?

Regards,
