Can't establish connection between client and server

Hello,

I've been trying to log in to the Blue Prism Client, but this window appears, and nothing happens.

Just to clarify:

  • The BP Client is running on Windows 11 23H2.
  • The BP Server is running on Windows Server 2022.
  • The required ports are open.
  • I've deleted the configuration files and reinstalled BP multiple times on the client machine.
  • The BP Service is running.
  • There are two BP Servers behind a load balancer. Both machines launch the BP Service, and the client connects to one of them using a round-robin method.
  • The connection is established (a message appears at the bottom of the login form), but it keeps trying to log in without success.

Can you suggest how you resolved problem?

It seems that I have similar. Problem is with part VDIs after upgrade to Windows 11.
