Chrome - Can't remove or disable Blue Prism extension

I'm trying to uninstall (or at least turn off) the Blue Prism browser extension for Chrome. (Which I installed on my desktop in June 2019.) For some reason, the extension says it was installed "based on policy" (see screenshot.) I did not set up any such policy. I am logged on as Administrator, so I should be able to uninstall. Also, when I go to the Chrome store and try to click "Remove from Chrome" - the button is disabled. (see screenshot.)

I'd prefer to do this the documented way, as opposed to digging around in my Registry to turn off or remove this extension.
