Chrome Extension not Detected - BP 6.10.4

Chrome extension is not detected. When launched from the object the browser and URL open fine, but BP gets in a not responding state and finally throws this error,

Going through the support article but nothing seems to be working so far.
Tried the below options after researching:
-Reinstalled extension,
-Extension is enabled,
-Background run is disabled in chrome and Startup boost also disabled in Edge.
-Tried to enable/disable of Fixed extension port option,
-Tried with Edge and noticed the same behavior,
-Re-ran BP installer and also installed extension again from chrome store,
-The browser compatibility matrix version is also fine.
-Event viewer shows no Error logs for BP,
Any other thing that I should check or I'm missing here?

Hi Tejaskumar,
Sometimes enabled settings for 'Start-up Boost' in Edge, or the 'Continue Running Background Extensions' in Chrome can cause instances of Edge or Chrome to be present even when the browsers have been closed. Since both the Chrome and Edge Extensions use port 31924, Blue Prism may be connecting to the incorrect browser extension (i.e. it's still connected to Edge when you're trying to use Chrome). Our recommended Edge/Chrome settings are documented in our KB article, "Why do I get error "The browser extension was not detected" when attempting to launch a browser based (Chrome, Firefox or Edge Chromium) application?" -- it may be worthwhile to double-check your Edge settings (as you state you've already checked this in Chrome) to make sure the Start-up Boost setting is not enabled.

Hi Steve,
That option is disabled in Edge and Chrome both and I followed the same KB article and all options mentioned in the article.
But so far it's still the same error.
