I have a batch that contains 2 different types of documents and I need to train Decipher to classify the documents.
I have followed the steps below -
1. Created Documents with Machine Learning on.
2. Created a Batch containing both the above documents.
3. Created a Classification model with "Extensible"
4. Created a Classification Batch for both the documents.
5. The batches are in "Waiting for Class Training.." status
6. After creating both the training batches marked the classification model as "Marked for Training"
The batches are still in the "Waiting for Class Training.." status
The status of the batches has still not changed to "Completed Class Training"
Is there any step that I am missing?

Hi Meghana,
That should be the steps needed (though you don't need to have ML enabled on the document types).
Have you updated the admin configuration to enable "Classification"?
And have you enabled ML Training? See instructions here.
Thanks
Ben

Machine Learning is enabled.
I have also enabled the Perform Internal Document Separation checkbox per the Training classification models (blueprism.com) page, but I still get the same results.
Is there anything else that I should be checking?

Hi Meghana,
Just to be clear having machine learning enabled and having ML training are 2 different things. The first is enabled by document type and has not connection to classification, the second is done in a system configuration file and will change whether your environment can create new ML Capture models (and classification models).
I can't think of any other reason, so I would recommend raising a support ticket. We will then be able to review this in more detail and give you direct support.
Thanks
Ben

Yes I meant Machine Learning Training is enabled in the configuration file.
I will raise a support ticket.
