Control Resources Status Connection to resource timed out

Hi,

When launching BP from a WVD(Azure) client machine and navigate to Control > Resources, The status shows: "Not Connected" & Latest Connection message shows: "Connection to the resource timed out".

However, if we use BP from a local machine(Laptop) or Server itself, the status is shown perfect(as it is).

That suggests some sort of connectivity/networking issue - maybe check the connection is working in both directions.

As @John Carter alluded to, you'll want to check the network configuration. I believe Azure Virtual Desktop defaults to blocking outbound traffic via the Azure Firewall.
