Data capture not happening when OCR region resized

I am facing an issue where data on image is not getting captured in respective text when I resize the Originla OCR region.
I have explained in detail in the attached image. I see this behavior suddenly not earlier. B/W i have verified the Server, OcrClient and capture logs but not ab
Any light on this issue please ?

OCR reading text needs screen to be in exact size on which it is spied for the 1st time . So you can resize the window first before going to region mode for OCR get the data from desired region which you have mark.

this is document training in Decipher . I am not doing any surface automation
Here first time Decipher will mark the regions, , as I want to only peace of data which marked by Decipher originally. i want to resize to get the specific word

That looks to be an issue with your installation. I would recommend raising a support ticket so we can take a closer look and get you up and running.
It looks like (if the document's a PDF) that vector data has been retrieved during image processing, but then the OCR engine is not functioning correctly. Hopefully it's a simple fix, but our support agents will need to take a look at your set up.

I have raised the support case, it was working till 18th Dec, in new year it is giving trouble ☹ . fortunately It is in Dev.
