Data not reflecting in Browser Based Control Room

Hi All,

We have successfully configured Blue Prism HUB, but we are not able see any queue data in browser based control room .

Please find the above screenshot for your reference.

Kindly let me know, if you have any solution to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your reply.

I followed all the steps mentioned in Blue Prism documents

Hub and Blue Prism connected properly, but facing the issues with Blue Prism API.

I have changed hub & authentication app setting json files as per Blue Prism installation guides.

I think so where missing  the database access.

If you have any thoughts, kindly post here.

So, you've set up your connection to your database
BP? You need to click on the gray prism in the upper left corner and it shows additional settings that need to be configured.

Hi Ram,

As I mentioned in another thread, you must now configure Authentication Server and then have your users synced up between Hub and Blue Prism. Do make sure you avoid the use of admin user in the process in case you need to "disconnect" the Authentication Server. Once this is done, check if your Hub user appears in Blue Prism under System > Security > Users. You will then need to assign permissions to your Hub user for relevant section of the screen in the same way as you would do for a native Blue Prism user. This can be done using System > Security > User Roles. For example, if access to Control Room is needed, you must assign Control Room role related permissions to the user.

The baseline is Hub does not have specific permissions controlling user access. It is all done via the permissions around the mapped users in Blue Prism.
