Hi Everyone,
I have installed all the components of Decipher IDP in my machine. After installation, i tried to login with decipher in google chrome(user name & pwd as admin), it throws the error as "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:12543"

Hello Janani,
This message usually indicates that the Decipher server is not running. This section of the Troubleshooting guide has some recommendations to resolve this:
Could not connect to the server when attempting to log into Decipher

Hello,
Decipher server service is not running on your machine. You can check windows services and try to make sure all services are running before you hit login to Decipher. If it keeps stopping i guess you can try reinstall of Decipher.
P.S.I had this issue and got resolved after reinstalling decipher completely.
Thanks,
Tejas
