Hi Everyone,
I was wondering about the fair usage limit of 4000 pages. Does it count as in how many pages of the file once we loaded it into Decipher, or does it count after the file was completely processed?
Also, other than retrieving the page information from the Report, are there any other ways that we can track how many pages of file we have loaded for that month?

Hi @KeiChun - the Decipher IDP fair usage policy is described here:
https://docs.blueprism.com/en-US/bundle/decipher-idp-2-3/page/faqs.htm
Decipher IDP is currently subject to a fair use policy which entitles each production deployment to 4,000 pages processed per month per licensed Digital Worker (concurrent session), subject to Decipher environment configuration. Therefore, if a customer has 10 Digital Workers, they are entitled to process 40,000 pages per month, or 480,000 pages per year.If required, a chargeable license type called Decipher Unlimited is available for customers with higher volume requirements than the 4,000 Fair Usage limit.
So the limit refers to pages processed by Decipher, per licensed Digital Worker.
Hope that helps you!

Hi @KeiChun ,
As mentioned above by Michael, the count is calculated based on the number of pages processed in a month. It is not determined by end-to-end processing. If my understanding is correct, as soon as you push a document pointing to a batch type, it will be processed, and the pages will be counted.
