Decipher Rotate in Data Verification issue

In the data verification tab, I have to rotate the invoice by 180 degrees. After rotate all the regions identified are gone and not a single region box is visible in the right-hand side pane.

How can we make Decipher fetch all regions and values after rotate?

Also, what options does Decipher provide to auto-rotate documents so the user does not have to do this manually and such invoices do not get stuck in the Data Verification Stage.

Hi Tejaskumar,

Decipher will attempt to auto-rotate documents during the image processing stage, and at this time there's no additional configuration for this functionality.

If you've manually rotated the page you should still be able to manual create regions, though if you want them to be auto-created you can restart the batch at the OCR stage. This is after image processing, so the rotation shouldn't be affected and it will allow Decipher to read the document and use any training to read the fields.

Hi Ben.

I've experienced a similar issue. One of the pages comes through incorrectly rotated. Decipher correctly classified it but when I got to data verification, Decipher did not recognize any of the fields. 

I rotated it, saved and returned the batch, then ran it through capture again. Decipher then recognized the fields.

I ran a different doc through and Decipher correctly rotated the pages in question. It appears there is something wrong with the first example I put through.
