Disable logging via database

Greetings everyone.  I'd like to know where the logging is set to enabled in the database.  This way we could track and disable logging that was enabled for longer than three days.

I specifically mean BPASessionLog_NonUnicode logging.  Thanks Eric for your reply, I will look into BPAProcess table.

Are you referring to Stage logging? If so, that information is contained within each process/VBO definition that are stored within the BPAProcess table and processxml field.
