Edge Brower Extension was not found in BP 6.10.2

Hi Team,
I'm automating a process using BP V6.10.2 which is launched in MS Edge.
I'm able to launch and spy the application initially.
Later when I tried to launch the application, getting below error
"Internal :Failed to perform step 1 Navigate Stage 'Navigate 1' on page launch -
The browser extension was not detected . Please check that it has been installed and enabled.
For more information, see the browser extension user guide."
Any suggestions/solutions for this issue is highly appreciated.

Hi Sheela,
There is a known issue where the next launch of the browser after termination could result in the 'browser not detected' exception being raised. This issue has been fixed in Blue Prism versions 6.10.3+ and 7.0.1+.
There are several other recommendations for investigating, troubleshooting, and preventing this error in our Knowledge Base article, "Why do I get error 'The browser extension was not detected' when attempting to launch a browser based (Chrome, Firefox or Edge Chromium) application?" -- it would likely be helpful to review this resource and implement the suggestions. If further help with this is needed, open a Support ticket with us so we can provide additional assistance.

Is this certainly resolved?
I did all the suggested changes mentioned in the KB article but nothing helped.

Hello @Tejaskumar Darji,
I have seen this issue with multiple sessions (users in dev) on the same machine working on Edge. Once one user logoff, it start working.
