when i made multibot artitecture so i have to create share folder. my question is that instead of share folder there is another way to do this?

What are you putting into the share folder? For a multibot architecture, you need some kind of shared space if there are shared files you're interacting with. Depending on how large the dataset is, you could also consider loading it all into the blue prism queue and having all data contained there, but if there are PDF files for each case or something then you may or may not want to store that inside the queue items, even though it's possible.

I think for us to comment on anything we'd need more information.
