No you can't because Environmental variable is a read only variable from Process Perspective.

By the way, why is it possible to set a password of the credentials with an internal business object? Is it not a read only value from Process Perspective? If it's possible to update environment variables from within a process like set credentials, it's very useful and productive I think.
