Getting an error message while downloading learning Blue Prism on my machine could anyone help me in installing could be very helpful for me.

Hello,

The Support Portal answers a similar question about a BCryptKeyDerivation error, here. Can you confirm if this solves your issue?
It goes further to state "You must only install Blue Prism Trial or Learning Edition on a 64-bit installation of Windows 8.1 (or above)."
