Error creating/modifying package

We are running Blue Prism 6.10.1. When attempting to create or modify a Release/Package, we receive an Unahndled exception error. If we click Continue, we are able to bypass the error, but only Processes and Objects are able to be added to the package. Environment varables, queues, etc are not available. Any ideas whats causing this?

Hi @Dan Svantner,

Post package creation, did someone tried opening the package in a notepad and might have accidently modified the package by either deleting any character?
These errors generally come when someone has accidently changed/modified the existing package.
As a workaround, did you try again creating the package and then import it to the other machine?​

Hi @Dan Svantner,

Are you talking about all existing packages or new pacakages?

If new packages, then you might need to create a package for one object/process only and then identify the culprit rather than taking processes and their relevant objects in the package. You need to break the package creation in small small packages consisting of only one or two objects/process. In this way, you can easily identify the root cause of the issue.​

It occurs for all packages, both new and existing. 

After selecting New Package, you enter the name and click Next, enter Description and click Next, the error appears at this point, on the Configure Package screen where you are to select the components included in the release.
