Error in Get Next Item

HI Team, I am getting the below error when i doGet Next Item on the Queue. Internal : error 547, level 16, state 1, procedure -, line 17, message: The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_CaseLock_Session". The conflict occurred in database "BluePrism", table "dbo.BPASession", column 'sessionid'. Can anyone help why i am getting this error .Is this something to do with previleges on BP database. Thanks Vishrut Koul

It sounds like a DB performance issue. I'd recommend raising a ticket with our support team for their advice.
