Error with Select all action of Word VBO

Hi there, We're getting an error when calling the Select all-action of the Word VBO: Internal : Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA) Does anybody know how to solve this? Thanks in advance.
