Excel Close All Instances causes Warning Status

Dear All,

Today I experienced a strange behavior of Control Room.
I have a process that got stuck in Warning session status, although the Run time Resource shows Idle.  
In the log it says that the issue happened during ACTION: Stage:'Close All Instances' Business Object:'MS Excel VBO', Action:'Close All Instances'

The session could not be stopped, and when I tried to drag and drop the process again to the RR, Blue Prism said that it is too busy to run the process.

Have you ever seen this kind of issue before?

Is this a regular issue or one off issue, only reason I can think of is that it was not able to close an Workbook for some reason.

It is a one off issue so far, but I would like to improve the stability of the process, and understand why Action:'Close All Instances' causes warning status.

Perhaps the blue prism had some difficulty in updating the data in its database and this scenario occurred.
I've been through a situation like this and the problem was in the traffic between the app server and my BD. I hope this helps you in some way
