Facing a challenge in spying a particular web application using Browser mode

Hi,

We are facing a challenge in spying a particular XXXX web application using Browser mode in inside the VDI in a Developer Machine.

Blue prism also installed in inside the VDI. Currently the project is in development stage.

Our process is we need to export some data from a web application and after that we need to click on particular requests in the web page and perform some click actions , updating text in the fields, etc., as per the requirement.
We are able to spy the login page of that particular XXXX web application using browser mode, but after logging in to the application, for the next screens browser mode is not at all working in both chrome and Edge, not able to spy anything not even a single button or page. We have enabled Blue Prism Browser extensions also in both Chrome and Edge, but still no luck.

But whereas we were able to spy the same XXXX web application in internet explorer, IE HTML mode is working in internet explorer even in the next screens after login page but the challenge here is click events are not working properly using IE HTML mode. not able to click on Buttons, links etc. its also not throwing any error as well while clicking.

As per the business requirement that particular XXXX web application to be opened in Edge only.

There is no issue spying using browser mode for other web applications, browser mode is working in both chrome and Edge for other web applications.
I am able to spy that XXXX web application in UI Automation Mode but the Bot performance is very slow due to UIA mode. it is taking time to identify the element and to process.

Can anyone help us in solving the issue, why browser mode is not working in that particular XXXX web application in Edge and chrome while same is working in internet explorer.

Please find below the versions:

Blue Prism Version: 6.10.2.42081

Chrome Version : 93.0.4577.63 (64-Bit)

Microsoft Edge Version : 93.0.961.44 (64-Bit)

Internet Explorer Version: 11.1006.17134.0

Thanks,
Bala.

Hi ,

Can you try this below option once,

Select  " use fixed browser extension port(31924) only" option

Blue prism System tab -> settings -> browser extension connectivity -> use fixed browser extension port (31924) only .

Hi Chaitanya,
Thanks for the response, I have already tried that but no luck.  The issue is with the specific web application.

Thanks,
Bala.
