Fail to move mail to inbox sub-folder

Dear All,

I have come across a problem in one of our processes.
After processing attachment(s) in an e-mail, we want to move the e-mail from the Outlook inbox to a specific sub-folder of the inbox.

Mostly, this action works completely fine. However, sometimes it does not work - and we receive the following error in the log viewer.

ERROR: Internal: Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed.

To be more specific, we are using MS Outlook Email VBO, as shown below.

Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Hi Nikolaj,

It seems you're utilising your own customised or extended version of MS Outlook Email VBO to handle the specific Outlook user profile instead of the default profile.
For this scenario, you may need to disable the User Profile Offline Settings (Disable Use Cached Exchange Mode)

The User Profile Offline Settings have been disabled the entire time. Thus, that is not the problem.

Hi Nikolaj,

Then this issue might be associated with the second user profile Confirmation_new.
Can you recreate a new Outlook Profile and test if the issue resolves?
