Fillable PDF

Hello all,
Spent a good portion of the day googling, but not getting any clear answers. I see a lot of talk about various ways to read PDFs, but what about interacting?
I have several projects where writing to a fillable PDF would greatly speed up the overall process. I acknowledge it may increase development time, but would think, the end process would run faster.
Thoughts?

It's better to create a VBO using PDFClown or PDFBox .NET if you have quite a lot of form filling to do.

Havent' done it, but perhaps there're a few ways to try:
1. Save PDF as Word > Use Word VBO to make updates > Save Word as PDF. Not elegant but should work
2. Try to interact directly with PDF if you have a license to edit PDF in place
3. Get a dll allowing to PDF interaction and build VBO on top of it

Much better solution is to have a word template, fill what you need/overwrite and export to PDF.
