Form Submission do not create an Item in queue.

Good Day, Everybody!

I am doing Interact Foundation Course in University. I faced up with the problem.

To begin with, it is necessary to mention that i create 2 VM one of which is holding database and other is holding everything else. Yesterday, when i fully configured Interact, i created a small form from "Install Interact Guide" and it worked fine: i submitted a form and the queue item element appeared.
Today, while doing Foundation, i create a process which uses "Get From Schema" and "Create Submission" actions. It`s not give any error or warning while processing and successfully creates a submission which i can view from interact. BUT, it`s not create an item in queue. 
I tried to restart VM, restart servers, refresh the database. 
I do not know what the problem and i give up. Maybe someone can explain and help me with this.

Hi Joe,

Is it possible to remove default uppercase letters( interact api host name) in upcoming versions.

Please find the below image for your reference.

Good point Ram, it does say that uppercase letters aren't supported but it's a little confusing. 

Leave this one with me.

 If we selected uppercase letters wrongly while installing Blue Prism Interact, is there any workaround to overcome this issue without reinstalling Blue Prism Interact ?

I believe there are ways to do so, and support@blueprism.com will be better placed to help you, but I think the easiest way would be to reinstall, I'm afraid.

As mentioned, the easiest solution is to perform reinstall but if you wish to manually make the changes, it must be done in the following areas:

-IIS application bindings for each page

-Appsetting.json files for all applications (change all domain names to lowercase)

-Windows hosts file mappings

I changed host file and changed bindings in IIS before reinstalling interact, but no luck.

Do we need to change anything in ssl certificates?

May I know which appsetting JSON file need to change ?

I have tried to follow the steps mentioned here, but am unable to get queue item created, upon form submission from portal or blue prism itself.

Hi Deep,

Try to recycle the interact, interact api and lada websites in IIS Manager.

Note : Do not recycle other than above sites.

Hi, Deep,

can you check the logs in the following folders:
1. "c:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Prism\Interact Remote API\Logs_InteractRemoteApi" 
2. "c:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Prism\Hub\Logs_Hub\"
3. "c:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Prism\Interact\Logs_Interact"

You may find some useful information there.
